Back on Track & Built to Last

Relief now. Strength for what’s next.

Because pain-free isn’t the end. It’s the beginning.

Back on Track is right for you if:

You’ve lived with pain for years.

You’ve normalized it, ignored it, treating it fleetingly.

You didn’t have a choice. You had responsibilities. People depending on you.

And no one ever really taught you how to care for a body that feels stiff, unpredictable, or constantly in pain.

So you powered through because that’s who you are.

But now...

The house is quieter. The calendar has more space.

And for the first time in a long time, you have room to ask:

What would it be like to feel good in my body again?

This is your moment to slow down, tune in, and finally explore the patterns that have kept you stuck.

Not with punishment. Not with guilt. But with compassionate re-education that gives you back trust, strength, and clarity in how you move.

To reconnect with your body. To dive into old movement patterns keeping you in pain. To learn easier, efficient, safer ways of moving.

Because no one taught you what it really means when your body feels stiff, stuck, painful, and untrustworthy.

You’re not lazy. You’re not “too old.” You're absolutely smart enough, capable, and worthy of renewing your relationship with your body for the years ahead.

You’ve just been let down by outdated pain advice and a fitness world that was never built for you.

Back on Track & Built to Last is for folks who are:

  • Done with dismissive advice and one-size-fits-all solutions

  • Ready to feel safe, strong, and supported in their bodies

  • Willing to unlearn the old ways that never worked, and relearn movement that actually feels good

  • Want immersive, focused, high-touch support - the kind you gave to everyone else. Now it's your turn.

This isn’t just pain relief. It’s your reintroduction to the powerful, capable body you still have.

No shame. No overwhelm. No pain. Just deep support and long-lasting results.

What makes Back on Track different?

You’ve done the physical therapy.

You’ve pushed through the workouts.

You’ve “rested” like they told you.

So why are you still in pain?

If you're strong, smart, and so over being told your back pain is just “part of getting older,” you're in the right place.

Back on Track & Built to Last is a private, high-touch coaching experience that goes beyond symptom management.

This is about re-educating your body, rebuilding your confidence, and restoring your freedom to move.

You'll learn:

  • How to use breath as your body's natural support system

  • Ways to align your posture for you—not against you

  • How to move in ways that feel safe, steady, and sustainable

  • Why stiffness isn't permanent (and how to gently shift it)

  • Chair-up, ground-up strategies that meet you exactly where you are

  •

This isn’t a workout plan. It’s a whole-body transformation, because your life isn’t meant to shrink around your pain.

You've shown up for everyone else. Now it's time for someone to show up for you.

And I’d be honored to help you build a body that lasts.

Let’s chat about what’s possible for you.

Real Talk?

This program is powerful, immersive, and intense with high-touch support. To protect the integrity of this high-touch experience, do not apply if:

  • You want a quick, easy, one-size-fits-all routine.

  • You're already comfortable with movements like squat, hinge, breathwork, etc

  • You’re not ready to take ownership of your progress

  • You don't want high-level support and accessibility to Ashleigh

  • You are not coachable, or able to laugh at yourself a bit, or don't want to be a little uncomfortable coming out of your comfort zone.

  • You are severely mobility-limited and would be potentially unsafe with virtual coaching.

But if you're serious about being pain-free and staying that way, this is your moment.

What You Get Inside Back on Track & Built to Last:

  • A personalized plan to breathe, move, and build strength in ways that feel safe and doable—finally giving your body the support it’s been missing.
